Vegetarian Collard Greens.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Yellow onion

  • 2 TBSP Olive oil

  • 4C Collard greens (chopped, washed)

  • 2-3 TBSP Worchestershire sauce

  • 2-3 Light soy sauce

  • 1 TBSP Garlic powder

  • 1 TBSP Onion powder

  • 1 TBSP Smoked paprika

  • 1/2 TBSP Black pepper

  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper

  • 1 TBSP Mushroom bullion paste

  • 1C Water
